Rescue 45 was dispatched to assist the Upper Chi Chester Fire Dept on the building fire as the RIT. While responding to the building fire. Fire Board notified Deputy 40 that Rescue 40 was due on the accident assignment with entrapment on I-95 south in the area of Rt. 322. Rescue 45 was already on I-95 south heading to the building fire. Deputy 40 added Rescue 45 and Rescue 39 to the accident assignment. Rescue 45 under the command of Chief J. Iacono (45-9) arrived to find a one vehicle accident overturned off the highway with negative entrapment. Rescue 45 assisted EMS then returned to service. Rescue 40 stood by until the vehicle was removed from the highway. Units on scene were Rescue 40, Rescue 45, Rescue 39, Medic 100, Medic 100-7, Medic 100C, Ambulance 40, Ambulance 68, and Upper Chi Police.
